City Chain Hong Kong offers a 7-day return and exchange policy for products purchased online that are found to have manufacturing defects or are damaged upon arrival. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, tags, and the warranty card intact.

  Securely pack the timepiece in its original box with all accessories and the invoice, then ship it to our designated service center.

  After a quality inspection, we will process your exchange for a new unit or issue a refund if the specific model is out of stock.
